Berry Good Smoothie

This smoothie makes a great breakfast or lunch. It is great with other dishes or as a meal itself.
Ingredients
1 lb of frozen berries
1 fresh banana
1½ cups of chilled berry juice
2 - 3 tbsp honey
3 Tblsp yogurt
Directions
1. Place berries, bananas, yogurt, honey, and juice in blender.
2. Blend on high until smooth.
3. Serve immediately.
You can also add several tablespoons of wheat germ to make the smoothie even more nutritious!
Also, consider making a tropical smoothie by using frozen pineapple chunks and orange juice instead of frozen berries and berry juice. The fruit combinations are endless!
